Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 • Stampopede LLC
1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Stampopede. By accessing or using our website (stampopede.com) and services operated by Stampopede LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Custom Print & Postal Fulfillment
Stampopede provides a platform enabling users to upload custom imagery and messages for printing and physical mailing via postal services (including the United States Postal Service). Because each postcard is custom manufactured immediately upon order placement, dispatches cannot be canceled, edited, or redirected once submitted to print fulfillment.
3. User Content & Conduct
You retain all rights to photos and text you upload. However, you represent and warrant that you own or possess the rights to use all submitted content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing on intellectual property, harassing, defamatory, or depicts non-consensual explicit material. Stampopede LLC reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of orders that violate postal regulations or applicable laws.
4. Delivery & Refund Policy
Estimated delivery windows (typically 3–6 business days domestic US, 7–15 business days international) are approximations provided by postal carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Stampopede LLC is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address entries by the sender or postal carrier disruptions. In the event of a print manufacturer defect or damaged delivery, please contact support within 14 days with photo evidence for a complimentary reprint or credit.
5. The Good Herd Project
Under our "1 Card = 1 Tree Planted" commitment, tree donations are accrued based on fulfilled paid and promotional dispatches and remitted to certified reforestation non-profit partners on a scheduled batch reconciliation basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampopede LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or delivery services.
