To fulfill physical postcard orders, we collect personal information you provide directly, including:

• Sender and recipient postal names and physical mailing addresses.
• Uploaded personal images and custom handwritten messages.
• Contact details (email address for order receipts and dispatch tracking).

2. How We Use & Share Your Data

We only share your information with trusted partners necessary to complete the service:

• Print & Carrier Partners: We transmit print-ready artwork and destination addresses to print and mail APIs (e.g., PostGrid) and postal carriers (e.g., USPS) to manufacture and deliver your card.
• Payment Processors: Payment card details are processed directly and securely by Stripe. Stampopede never stores or has access to your full credit card number.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal photos, messages, or recipient addresses to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

3. Image & Message Retention

Uploaded photos and messages are processed strictly for print rendering and order proof history in your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated media at any time by contacting support.
